Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all appointment requests to the best of our ability. Our evening hours fill in quickly, therefore for routine appointments it is best to call a few weeks in advance. Our clinic hours page outlines when we have appointments and what doctors are available at those times.
We are not accepting new large animal clients at this time. If you have any questions, please call the office.
During regular business hours, we will accommodate emergencies to the best of our ability. If you feel you have an emergency with your pet, please call us. It is best to call before coming in so that a staff member can advise you on your particular emergency, and we can make sure we have a doctor available to treat your pet. Our doctors may both be on farm calls when you call in with a small animal emergency, if this is the case, we may refer you to an emergency facility when time is critical.
With our number of veterinarians that practice at Five Points Veterinary Services, we can care for many types of pets:

Five Points Veterinary Services accepts payment via cash, check, MasterCard, Discover, or Visa. So that we can continue to provide you high quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered. We do not accept Care Credit as a form of payment.
We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations if the patient has been seen within 6 months. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one during this time frame, for your expected charges.
